TEMPORARY ALLOTMENT TO EASE LONG WAITING LIST?

We are proposing to Southwark Council a temporary allotment, based on the successful model used in Hackney - 'a grow veg in a builders bag' scheme. It could be sited in the yard adjacent to the One Tree Hill Allotment society.
